I’m glad you’re here and I am always happy to answer any questions you may have and provide excellent customer service for your purchase. Pricing information is included in the form below. Please use the comment field to ask about options not noted, including other sizes, materials, or finishing options. Where to find my fine art images to purchase, if not in the FINE ART PORTFOLIOS on this page? I often post images on INSTAGRAM first, as I find the reach and efficiency of posting there optimal. I also occasionally share an image on FACEBOOK that isn’t posted on the website. It’s unlikely you’d ever find an image in my ETSY SHOP, that isn’t posted here, but you can always check in.
It is one of my goals to provide a unique title or image number for each FINE ART image on this site, but until then, to ensure we are communicating about the same image you are interested in purchasing, please grab the image link (right click on it and select “Copy link address” – or something similar, perhaps depending on your browser interface) and include it in the FINE ART PRINT INQUIRIES CONTACT FORM comments below.
If you want to learn more about aspect ratios, print sizes, frames, mats, and cropping please click here, to read a lengthy section about that, but I warn you it may be mind-numbing. Either way, we will address relevant matters as needed, once you inquire about a print purchase.
Fine Art prints may be purchased via cash, check, credit card, Venmo, or PayPal. Delivery of unframed prints can generally be expected within one to two weeks of payment fulfillment; framed prints may take a little longer, depending on inventory on hand. Some prints are in stock, but many will be made to order. Delivery may be delayed an additional week if paying by check.
Minimum Order, before shipping or sales tax, if applicable, is $25.
Detailed information about aspect ratios, print sizes, frames, mats, and cropping is below.
WARNING! The information below is detailed and may be a bit mind-numbing. Feel free to read on, or we can handle any relevant parts of it when you begin the inquiry process for purchasing a print.
Print sizes available vary to some degree, depending on the aspect ratio, resolution, and cropping potential of the image you are interested in. I almost always compose an image with the intent of printing it full frame, without cropping, with the exception of square format. The vast majority of my images are shot with an aspect ratio of 2:3 (or 3:2). This ratio corresponds to print sizes such as 4×6, 8×12, 12×18, 16×24, 20×30, without cropping, and they best represent my artistic vision. Unfortunately, off-the-shelf frames with mats often mask part of the image because they are commonly sized at 5×7, 8×10, 11×14, and so on – which are different aspect ratios, that often do not relate to any camera’s aspect ratio! That said, off-the-shelf frames are indeed available at 2:3 aspect ratio, but it may take a little hunting around to find them – especially in larger sizes. Another budget-friendly solution to using readily available frames without cropping or masking part of the image is to replace the mat included with the frame with one purchased from me, or at your local art supply store. For example, I often frame 8×12 prints in an 11×14 mat and frame, allowing me to use off-the-shelf frames while still displaying my full image. Floating frames, where an image “floats” between two layers of glass, can also accommodate full image display, without a mat.
